Steps to Opening a Queen of Stitching Reseller’s Account

1. 1. Register as a Queen of Stitching website member by clicking the “Register” link. You will find the “Register” link located at the top right corner of the page.  You will need to enter your “User Name” as part of the application process.
   2. Use the links at the end of the article to read through each of the sections associated with this document.
   3. Complete the application form that is linked at the end of this article.
   4. Once you have completed the application and clicked the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form you will be redirected to the Queen of Stitching MAP Policy.
   5. Read the Policy.
   6. Complete the information fields on the page and then print out the MAP Policy.
   7. Sign the Policy and either FAX your entries along with the the signature page AND a copy of your state Reseller’s license to 206.824.6007, or email them to our sales office.
